Artist Statement I love for art to evoke a resonance in the heart, to create a sense of wonder, or to bring an upsurge of delight! Exploring the nature of the inner worlds, I create art whose purpose is to quiet the mind and give rise to tranquil, contemplative states. My art emerges from thirty-five years of dedicated meditation practice. So I'm continually discovering various processes and media that express the dream-like, mystical landscapes of inner experience. I employ digital art, layered resin painting and sculpture to create scenes that connect us to the luminous realms within. |
